Profession-oriented Programme
(1–1.5 years)

Master’s programme LLM in International Economic Law and Process in partnership with Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg (Germany), language of instruction — German.

The Enrolment Process for Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Register for the Comprehensive Testing (CT) on the website
1—1.5 Years — Profession-oriented Master’s Degree Programme
2 Years — Scientifically and Pedagogically oriented Master’s Degree Programme
Summer enrolment:
from 1 June to 8 July
For admission to the profession-oriented Master’s degree programme, the minimum passing score is 30 out of 70, with no less than 7 in all modules.
For admission to the scientifically and pedagogically oriented Master’s degree programme, the minimum passing score is 75 out of 150 (at least 25 in the Foreign Language and no less than 7 in other modules)
Winter enrolment:
from 28 October to 10 November
Testing Periods:
*The CT certificate issued between 18 November and 1 December is valid until 1 March of the following year.
*The CT certificate issued between 20 July and 10 August is valid until 1 December of the current year.
Summer enrolment:
from 20 July to 10 August
The required documents include:

  • Diploma with transcript (original);
  • Six 3×4 photographs (original and digital copy);
  • Medical certificate form 075-U (original with stamp);
  • Chest X-ray / fluorography (original with stamp);
  • Original and copy of identity document;
  • Copy of military registration certificate or military ID;
  • Certificate of the Comprehensive Testing (CT);
  • Receipt for payment of the Admission fee.


*Applicants to the “Intellectual Property and Business Law” programme must provide proof of English proficiency: IELTS 6.0 / Duolingo English Test 105—115 / TOEFL 60—78.

Admission Process for International Applicants
The interview is conducted online and held in the language of the chosen educational programme.
Upon successful completion of the interview, the applicant becomes eligible to prepare and submit the required documents to the Admissions Office.
The application package must include:

  • Passport
  • Higher education diploma (original)
  • Apostille/legalisation of the education document (depending on the country of issue, provided by the Ministry of Education or Ministry of Justice)
  • Certificate of no criminal record
  • Interview protocol
  • Six 3×4 photographs
  • Admissions committee protocol
  • Motivation letter
  • Language proficiency certificate for the “Intellectual Property and Business Law” programme: IELTS Academic – minimum 6.0 / Duolingo English Test – minimum 105 / TOEFL iBT – minimum 60
  • Receipt for payment of the one-time admission fee

After enrolment and upon arrival in the Republic of Kazakhstan:
  • Notarised translation of passport into Kazakh or Russian (3 copies)
  • Notarised translation of education documents into Kazakh or Russian (2 copies)
  • Health insurance (We recommend obtaining health insurance from Interteach)
  • Medical certificate form 075/U (original)
  • Chest X-ray / fluorography (original)
  • Recognition of education documents (certificate)
International applicants are admitted to Master’s programmes based on an interview
